Jodi Morgan is having a bad weekend.

After partying a little too hard, she wakes up with a monster hangover and almost no recollection of the night before. So imagine her surprise when she looks in her trunk and instead of finding a spare tire, she finds the last guy she'd danced with before blacking out.

Who is he? How did he get in there? How did he die? And oh dear lord, did she kill him!?

When her older brother's best friend offers to help, things start looking up. They've known each other since she was thirteen, and ten years later, he still treats her like a little kid - surely, committing felonies has to trigger some sort of spark. Together, they wind up going on an adventure that takes them all over Los Angeles. From raves to penthouses to strip clubs. All in the search for the answer to her question.

Who is the dead guy in my trunk!?

Warning: This book contains some dark humor, a lot of witty banter, and two characters making more bad decisions than good ones. Also contains adult themes, language, and graphic sexual activity.

Welcome to Jodi Morgan's nightmare... er, I mean life. Where a night of sinful partying + a dead body + no memory of the night before = a cataclysmic adventure!!

What's one to do when they come across the unnamed dude they partied hard with dead in their trunk? Well duh—panic of course! Trigger those pesky inner musings kicking in overtime! "What the ever loving f---?!?! Did I do it? Did I have it in me to off someone and then stuff them in the trunk of my car? What the hell happened last night?! How the hell did I let myself get so drunk I don't remember a damn thing, especially that one minor digression of killing?"

Cue escalation of hysteria and confusion to an acute level. At this point, any sane person would opt to call the cops, right? Not this heroine. It seems Jodi's lost all common sense as she begins banging down the door of her best friend's apartment. Seems like a sound plan to me.

Enter the delectable partner in crime.

Jodi's been in love with her best friend for as long as she can remember. However, Archer's always viewed her as off limits, best friend's little sister and all. Fast forward and we now have ourselves a friends to lovers type situation. One these two can no longer deny or ignore.

It may have taken a dead guy, drugs, lousy decisions, and a few harrowing moments where bullets were flying and cars were blowing up. But when Archer and Jodi finally got on the same page, they played perfectly off each other. Their infatuation and hunger slowly flourished to a full rolling boil, setting off one hell of a carnal vibe. Best friend's little sister, older brother's best friend be damned. Mix all the above with the fact that they were hell on wheels and their chemistry was off the charts. Archer and Jodi left me wanting so much more of everything—their shenanigans, their dedication, their camaraderie, their fly by the seat of your pants inhibitions, and their gorgeous love.

With that said, let the fun, animated, and wild ride commence!!

If you enjoy the perfect balance between light and dark amusement, Just A Little Junk is the perfect read for you. Crazy woman living in an undisclosed location in Alaska (where the need for a creative mind is a necessity!), I have been writing since ..., forever? Yeah, that sounds about right. I have been told that I remind people of Lucille Ball - I also see shades of Jennifer Saunders, and Denis Leary. So basically, I laugh a lot, I'm clumsy a lot, and I say the F-word A LOT.

I like dogs more than I like most people, and I don't trust anyone who doesn't drink. No, I do not live in an igloo, and no, the sun does not set for six months out of the year, there's your Alaska lesson for the day. I have mermaid hair - both a curse and a blessing - and most of the time I talk so fast, even I can't understand me.

Yeah. I think that about sums me up.
